If opportunity doesn't knock... Build a Door.

I started my years like most sampling drama in high school.  I was athletic and started martial art training (Jiu Jitsu) in high school as well.  In college, I worked in the TV/Film department getting a degree in applied communications.  In addition, I obtained a teaching/coaching degree.  I began working for amusement parks and worked my way to writing, directing, and acting in amusement park stunts shows across the country. 

I moved back to Oklahoma and began producing local television program, all the time still consulting for amusement park like Six Flags and Universal Studios.  I created my own entertainment company in the Mid 80s.  I designed haunted houses, continued to create live shows, began working in commercials and got the film bug working as an extra in Rainman. 

Along the way I became CLEET certified,PADI scuba certified, stunt driving certified, firearm trained, state and national board certified in education. I trained in most expected area of stunts: (burns, falls, wire work, rachets, air rams etc) I've work with local production company as a carpenter, electrician, rigger, safety consultant, and stage combat instructor.

I continue to train and expand my knowledge and experience.  I believe being a jack-of-all-trade is an asset to any production to which I can work.  I invite you to check out my IMDB page and resume.              Jon B.
